Pressure Washing and Sealing a Paver Driveway in Shalimar, FL
This project in Shalimar, FL was started by pre treating all of the pavers with our cleaning solution to help remove the algea/mold and moss from between the pavers. Next we began pressure washing the paver driveway, ensuring all of the moss between the pavers was removed with as little sand escaping as possible. Once the driveway was clean we prepared our paver sealing gear while giving the driveway time to dry. Once the paver sealer was mixed and the driveway was blocked off we began applying it. Proper paver sealing requires a flood coat to get deep in between the pavers followed by a lighter top coat once the first coat has dried. This process with our top of the line paver sealing mix leaves the driveway looking phenomenal while being protected from future mold growth, rust stains and from degrading due to age. The sealer we use typically has a 5-6 year life and works indefinitely if a top coat is applied at least every 3 years.
