We started off by soaking all of the plants with water to keep them hydrated so our roof cleaning soap doesn't damage them. Soft washing is the only process approved for barrel tile roof cleaning and this roof required 3-4 coats of our roof cleaning soap to get it completely clean. We kept plants wet during the entire cleaning process and soaked them down after we were done as well.
