This commercial property is surrounded by trees which cause excess moisture and mold/mildew growth. We started off with our soft wash house wash solution on the building followed by pressure washing the sidewalks and entryways. Once the building was clean we prepped the parking lot to be painted the following day. Using our industrial grade parking lot striping machine and airport grade hi visibility paint we restripe all of the parking stalls, directional arrows and redid the handicap areas to meet ADA guidelines.
