Apartment complex commercial pressure washing Fort Walton Beach, FL
This is a 76 unit apartment complex spread across 9 buildings that we pressure washed in Fort Walton Beach. We used our house soft washing mixture to pressure wash the exterior of the commercial buildings to remove the mold, mildew and algea buildup. The issue with washing apartments is that pressure washing has to be done during the day to not disturb people trying to sleep, but during the day we have potential foot traffic and vehicle traffic to watch out for. This is a job only an experienced professional pressure washing company should be doing, a maintenance person or less experienced company could easily damage the a siding and wouldn't know how to handle the influx of foot traffic.
At this location we also pressure washed all of the sidewalks that surround each building along with stairways behind the buildings and breezeways between units.
We pressure wash large commercial buildings and apartment complexes in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Niceville, Crestview, Shalimar and Navarre so don't hesitate to call us, your local expert in commercial and residential pressure washing! We will provide a complete layout of how we will tackle each aspect of the job on each day to ensure a smooth process for tenants or customers coming and going.
