Tile roof wash and house wash in Destin, FL
This property is located in the Destiny East neighborhood of Destin, FL. The HOA recently made it a requirement to have clean roofs throughout the neighborhood. Since this was a rental property we worked around the schedule of the homeowner and renters to get the job done before the HOA deadline.
We started off by wetting all of the foliage under the roof line to ensure no plants were damaged from the soft washing chemicals. During the roof washing we used our low pressure spray system to coat the entire roof without stepping foot on it. Once the roof was clean we got started with the house washing and once again used our soft washing setup to clean the entire stucco house without applying unnecessary pressure and potentially damaging the siding. The house and roof turned out looking like new once we were finished.
