This rental property is located in the 30A area of Santa Rosa Beach right on the water. This beautiful house is rented out all year long so when we do our annual house washing in Destin we get in and out between tenants leaving and arriving. This property management company entrusts us with cleaning 60 of their properties every year. We ensure the house washing, roof washing, driveway pressure washing and exterior window cleaning are all performed when needed to keep these Santa Rosa Beach, Destin and fort Walton Beach homes looking pristine. Though roof washing is only required every 4-5 years, house washing is performed bi yearly or yearly along with driveway pressure washing and the window cleaning.
